Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before booking or using services provided by The 19th Hole Mobile Cigar Lounge.

1. Event Booking Requirements

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any event date.

• Final payment is due 48 hours before the scheduled event.

• Bookings are not confirmed until initial deposit is received.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If the final payment is not completed 48 hours before the event, the booking will be canceled automatically with no refund of the deposit.

3. Weather, Storms & Acts of God

If an event must be postponed due to:

• severe weather

• hurricane

• lightning

• state emergency

• natural disaster (Act of God)

A rescheduled date must be booked within 12 months of the original event date.

No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

4. Age Restriction & Legal Compliance

In accordance with Florida Law:

• No individuals under 18 years old may enter or be within 100 feet of the cigar lounge at any time.

• Client is responsible for ensuring this rule is followed during the event.

Failure to comply may result in the lounge being shut down immediately with no refund.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure:

• A safe and accessible location for trailer parking

• Adequate space for the 52-ft lounge and awning

• Compliance with local event regulations

• Guests behave respectfully and lawfully

Any damage caused by guests will be billed to the client.

6. Company Responsibilities

The 19th Hole agrees to:

• Provide professional attendants

• Maintain a safe and sanitized environment

• Deliver the agreed services according to package selection

• Arrive on time unless prevented by extreme circumstances

7. Alcohol Disclaimer

The 19th Hole does NOT sell or serve alcohol.
All drinks must be:

• client-provided or

• provided by a licensed third-party caterer.

This is mandatory to comply with Florida state alcohol laws.

8. Smoking & Safety

• Only cigars are permitted inside the lounge.

• No vaping, marijuana, or illegal substances are allowed.

• Emergency exits must remain clear at all times.

9. Photography & Marketing

By booking, the client grants permission to use:

• event photos

• testimonials

• interior images

for marketing purposes unless the client requests in writing that images not be used.

10. Liability

The Company is not liable for:

• lost or stolen personal items

• injuries caused by guest negligence

• weather-related interruptions

• venue restrictions outside of our control

11. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page.
