Guests enjoy climate-controlled interiors, premium cigar selections housed inside a glass-front humidor, soft leather seating, curated music, and a fully serviced lounge experience brought directly to your venue.
2. Where can The 19th Hole travel?
We currently serve Jacksonville, Miami, Orlando, Tampa, and surrounding Florida cities.
Complimentary travel is provided within 25 miles of Downtown Jacksonville.
For events outside this radius, a travel fee may apply.

4. How far in advance should I book?
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance for peak seasons.
However, you can always check for last-minute availability through our online booking system.

6. Do you provide cigars, or can we bring our own?
Yes, we provide premium cigars curated by experts.
Clients may bring their own cigars upon request, but all outside products must comply with lounge and state regulations.
7. Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
Remaining balance must be paid 48 hours before the event.
8. What happens if there is bad weather or an unavoidable emergency?
Our lounge is fully climate-controlled and prepared for most weather conditions.
However, in the case of severe storms, dangerous conditions, or Acts of God, your event may be moved to another available date within the same year.
9. Are children allowed near the lounge?
Due to Florida regulations, no one under 18 is permitted inside or within close range where cigar smoke is present.
The lounge is designed strictly for adult hospitality experiences.
